I was referred to Christine Fitzgerald by my room-mate from college who happens to live in the San Diego area. I needed help selling my parent’s home in El Cajon and also needed help with arranging an estate sale. I don’t live in California anymore, so I needed someone who could work with me long distance. I came into town for a week to prep the house for sale and met Christine then. I have dealt with many realtors over the years selling properties in three separate states. A couple of them were very good. I must say that Christine is top notch. She is as professional as they come. On matters where I needed a lot of assistance, such as arranging for the estate sale, her knowledge and help were invaluable. She was always well prepared, understood what I needed, and communicated well.. She marketed the house well. The sale was completed to my satisfaction. Were I to need real estate services in the area again, she would be the one I would call. I would highly recommend Christine as your realtor of choice for any real estate transactions in her area. - R. North
