Christine Fitzgerald is a motivated Realtor® living a joyful, energized life in San Diego while pursuing excellence in Real Estate.
Given the chance in 2013, Christine seized the opportunity to blend her love of both family and home to launch her residential real estate career. Christine demonstrates a genuine passion and deep rooted connection with the pride of ownership and a responsibility for helping clients achieve their home goals and dreams. She specializes in assisting Sellers, Buyers, and Investors in residential real estate.
Why buy or sell a home? For what purpose? Christine understands that most people invest in real estate to provide security and protection for individuals and families. The solid roof overhead and knowing where you will sleep tonight and in the years to come. The memories shared with family and friends at the kitchen table, outdoor entertaining, and getting to know your neighbors. The financial stability of setting your cost of living expenses and knowing there will be equity growing for the future. Christine takes to heart that buying or selling real estate fundamentally changes, shelters, and moves lives.
Meeting with clients to collaborate, Christine helps determine their home plan; whether it is working with a 1st time buyer, seller moving into a larger home for a growing family, or relocation services. Christine quickly gets to work strategizing, negotiating, and managing the transaction. Embracing her role as a protector, Christine offers thorough and accurate information through all contracts, negotiations, reports, and disclosures. She is a top-notch advocate for her clients. Christine provides reliable guidance and care in the midst of major financial and emotional decisions. Her drive and perseverance throughout the transaction demonstrate her motivation to confidently complete your transaction.
Christine strives to continuously build a "Client Family" - 100% of her business comes from referrals. She partners with clients as well as a team of San Diego/Poway Community, service providers, lenders, inspectors, United Real Estate San Diego broker and agents. She cultivates a thriving network that is always growing and helping others. For example, Christine has partnered with Humble Design, a local charitable organization providing wall-to-wall home furnishings for families returning to homes after being homeless.
Prior to working in real estate, Christine worked in management, customer service, and project implementation positions at the County of San Diego/Department of Child Support Services and Essential Learning. Christine received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a specialization in teaching education at the University of California, San Diego.
Christine Fitzgerald is married to John and has two sons, Ryan and Andrew. She is a Southern California native and proudly resides in the Bridlewood Lakeside community in Poway.
