Let me start by saying, unequivocally, that Christine Fitzgerald is top notch. We met her while attending open houses in search of “the right” realtor. She was attentive and friendly, detailed in her description of the house she was showing, and tailored her tour to what we expressed we were looking for in a house. After a long day of meeting realtors, she stood heads above the rest. That was the beginning of a year-long relationship during which she helped us buy and sell our homes.  As the Buyers agent, Christine worked tirelessly to find and show us houses that might be suitable. Once we found the house we wanted to buy, she represented us during the inspection process – we were very deliberate in exploring all aspects of the house that could have been troublesome. She was primary contact with the various inspection agents, attended most inspections, and was able to recommend people/companies who could perform the inspections. She negotiated on our behalf and managed difficult situations, such as when communicating with the owner/agent who didn’t want to negotiate at all or when negotiating with the owner/agent felt the property was worth more that we were willing to pay. In the end, she helped us get the best property for our needs and at a fair price.  Once the sale was complete, Christine stood by us as we launched into renovating the property. As the Sellers Agent, Christine conducted thorough market research online, through conversations with her connections, and by touring homes in the neighborhood. She proposed sound staging and pricing recommendations based on what she learned. We had three offers within the first day of the house being on the market and five offers within the next two days.
